Tags allow you to group and easily search for SIM cards on the HP Go Management Console. A single SIM card can have multiple tags.
Creating Tags
You can create tags in three different ways:
1. From the Tags Page
- Click "Tags" in the left-hand menu.
- View the list of existing tags.
- To create a new tag:
- Click the “Action” menu and select “Create Tag”, or
- Click the "+" icon in the tag list.
- Enter the tag name and click “Create”.
- Your tag is now added to the list.
- From the Action menu (with a tag selected), you can also:
- Rename the tag
- Delete the tag
- Export a list of devices in the tag as a CSV file
2. While Tagging Devices from the Device Pool
- Go to Device Pool and select one or more SIM cards.
- Click the “Action” menu and choose “Add/Remove Tags”
- In the popup:
- To create a new tag, enter a name and click the green arrow to confirm.
- Or select an existing tag.
- Click Save.
- The selected SIM cards are now tagged.
3. From a SIM Card’s Details Page
- In the Device Pool, click on a SIM card.
- Scroll to the Tagging section.
- Enter a new tag name and click “Create”.
- The tag is added to both the tag list and this SIM card.
- To remove a tag, click the “X” next to its name.
